What is Light-Touch Bodywork?
Though Bio-Touch™ can be used to address any physical ailment, it is not a cure-all. Just as each body is unique and different, healing times vary as well. Light-Touch Bodywork is based on a touch-healing technique called Bio-Touch™. Using the first two fingers of each hand, I lightly touch specific sets of points on your body. Unlike massage, there is no pressure or manipulation of the body. The combination of light touch and specific points helps your body to correct and heal itself - like an undoing process.
